When answering any Incoming Call, we will always inform you when a call is received through your business line. Upon answering a call and before connection to the call, our interactive message gives you 3 options:

Calls made to you can be diverted to any fixed line or mobile on any UK network, or even overseas. By keying [#] to put the caller on hold, you may then transfer the call. The Call will automatically disconnect from your handset and transfer to your desired contact.
Callers will be played music while they hold.

Recording Calls.
All incoming calls can be digitally and fully recorded for any length of time by pressing one key. Simply press the * key at any time during the conversation. Amazingly, both sides of the entire conversation will be recorded from the beginning and no part of the conversation will be lost. The recording which will be saved for 28 days can be instantly played back by accessing your Mailbox.
We also provide a service where recordings can be emailed to you. The recording is automatically recorded and retrieval is easy - whether it contained quotes, directions, contact details or legal information direct to your mailbox or desktop. | |

Business Line Mobile Number
Coming through to you normal mobile - why give out your personal number to business contacts?
Each Business Line Mobile Number, diverts (for free the UK) through to the same mobile phone as your personal one. The product is designed for BUSINESS calls, not for personal calls.
The service, will of course, let you know, before you accept the call, that it's a business call.
This service can be used on any phone in the UK - landline or mobile, so if the users mobile phone is lost, stolen, low battery, forgotten for the day or broken, one phone call will ensure all business calls will continue to be received. Users can divert this number to any other phone (for totally free of charge) - back to the office or to a colleague with them that day. The number is UNTRACEABLE, and may not allow withheld incoming calls.
International Business Mobile Phone Number
With our Business Line Mobile Phone Number you can avoid all roaming costs when abroad - and have your UK business contacts call you on a UK 070 number, not knowing that you are abroad. The product is basically a phone number, coming through to you normal mobile which is not owned by the normal mobile networks, but by YOU.
If abroad, all the user needs to do is have local mobile phone number in the country they are in, and calls on the 070 number can be diverted - avoiding costly roaming charges.

Our network will continuously try connecting the call to the allocated DDI until it is free. If required, depending on your criteria, if say a caller has been waiting for more than 2 minutes the call will be re-route to an alternative destination.
